Service Levels

TranMazon Final Mile freight delivery meets today’s high expectations for shipping to residential and non-dock commercial destinations. We offer a variety of Final Mile solutions–available nationwide–to meet our customers’ unique delivery needs:

Standard
Front Door Delivery
(No Appointment/No Signature Required)

Our standard Estes Final Mile service level features delivery from the truck to the driveway, garage, or porch (covered area). The location’s accessibility determines the shipment’s actual placement. This basic service doesn’t require a delivery appointment, and includes online shipment tracking, email updates, and text notification options.

Residential customers who prefer to sign for their deliveries must make arrangements directly with their place of purchase. Shippers who prefer to opt-out of unattended delivery on an account, shipment, or consignee-specific basis can do so by contacting their account managers.

Front Door Delivery

Our standard Front Door Delivery service requires that we have clear access to a paved driveway that can support our delivery vehicle. Potential issues that could impede our ability to provide Front Door Delivery include: gravel driveways, steps or steep inclines leading to the home, and low-hanging branches or overhead wires. In some instances, your driver may need to place your shipment at the end of the driveway or another accessible location.

Premium
Entryway Delivery

Placement of the Final Mile freight shipment through a front door into a foyer or similar area.

White Glove Delivery
Placement of the shipment in a room or area of choice, up to one flight of stairs, plus debris removal if requested.

White Glove with Assembly
This includes light assembly of the shipment, defined as assembly requiring 15 minutes or less using basic hand tools.

Delivery Considerations
Street access must be at least 10 feet wide.

There should be a clear and unobstructed path to the delivery location.
If your service level requires placement indoors, please note that stairways, doorways, and halls (anywhere you must make a turn) should be at least 36 inches wide.

If you have concerns regarding accessibility to your residence, or if you would like to inquire about the availability of other TranMazon Final Mile service levels, please call us at 1-800-8872-6219, and we will work with you to help ensure a successful delivery. NOTE: The service level that displays when tracking your shipment is the one most often communicated to us by the vendor you used to purchase your product.
